Suh-Ching Yang, PhD

Prof. Yang is a professor of Graduate Institute of Nutrition and Health Sciences, Taipei Medical University and instructor of Office of Continuing and Extension Education, Taipei Medical University, Taiwan. She received her B.S. in 1988 and postdoctoral in 1996 from Graduate Institute of Nutrition and Health Sciences, Taipei Medical University and PhD from Tohoku University in 1995 where she studied in Division of Agriculture. She is a committee member for the Health Food Administration of Department of Health. She has published a number of articles and book chapters.
